  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items that are used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and send them to the return address provided.

    ⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received and approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
